I assume your notation of a M 6.5 on August 26 is a typographical error and not a prediction for such an event. Greece lies at about 160 degrees from the New Zealand earthquake, not within an expected ring of activity. But the historical data does show earthquakes in Greece following those in this area of New Zealand. This may be a random coincidence, but may bear on the orientation of faulting in Greece with relation to incoming waves as well. As Don says, we can just put my feet up and wait and see.
