Hello Friends, Due to some feedback from someone I know I am seriously considering doing some research in two or more avenues to try to define the "ear tones" that earthquake sensitives hear. I would like to hear your feedback on the following, if you have a moment or two to comment. 1. Test One. Determine through a hearing expert if the sound that is heard is actually a sound or a vibration that arrives as a sound. Can an ear specialist tune their frequency of hearing sounds to match that, which the earthquake sensitive hears? 2. If this is a vibration, how does it become a perceiveable sound? What is the frequency of the vibration? How does one find this? Would a geo-phone record it? A simple tape recorder? 3. Is it an ELF sound? After reading the above, if you can tell me what your opinions are as to the nature of the sound and if you have any ideas about how to capture it on a recordable instrument, these would very much be appreciated. Thanks....Pat
