Thanks to all who prayed for me. I figured I needed the big guns when I saw my face yesterday. I went out to the VA's ER and they gave me to medications; one for the swelling and one for possible infection. Much of the swelling has now gone down, but I still have swelling this morning mostly under my eyes into my cheeks. I have no idea what it was that bit me, but whatever it was, it was one mean bug. The VA wants to see me Monday and I hope by then to be back to 100% well.
