Out of critical until 11/19.

Wouldn't you know, C will come into critical at the same time as RB, but only for a 5MM+. But looking ahead when C could fire off a large one, we have to wait for 2/5-13 and then we could get a +7.3 off the new fault just discovered. Yesterday, the odds went up for this quake to occur then because I was hit by the strongest C spike ever and certainly this means Big Quake. So, quess what I did? I checked to see if that spike would be in critical at the same time the PR is. Guess what:

An overlap of just two days, but long enough for a quake. Could be I'm sitting on top of a big quake come February.
