Very rough night. Back woke me three times. Same spot, worst pain each time. Like He wanted me to know! On waking now, the pain seems to be gone, but I now have discomfort across front rib cage. This is a new one. Looking forward chopping a bush to see if I can't work some of this out of me.

Forget to mention last night, they made those contrails over my dad's place all afternoon yesterday and today we have thin clouds all around. Also, I had three different head spots light up for volcanic activity yesterday coming home. It appears that the furthest away has answered the call. Not once but twice. I wonder if "Bang, Bang" down there will have reactive results up here.
