You can try getting your e-mail via the web by going to http://www.mailstart.com
This allows you to get into your e-mail another way and sometimes you can get
around a problem on your server. You can also send mail out once you get into
your mailbox via mailstart, and it is quite easy to use. Hope you get the problem
fixed so you can keep us apprised of what's happening. Thanks for all your insight.
