Hi Alan, Interesting post and I'll back up most of what you said. The only thing wrong is with the quakes that you listed where most of them are before my post. 1999/10/18 06:35:47.0 34.3500N 116.1500W 1.4 4.6 <== before my post On my post I had reported my secondaries being quiet on Monday morning. The quakes listed for the 18th above were prior to that. Then on Monday evening the secondaries were extremely Yes, Alan and Roger are both right in regards to the likelyhood of getting a hit by chance due to aftershocks following the M7.1 quake. The thing that they keep forgetting though is that the quake could be somewhere else. In this case, the prediction has already hit with this mornings M4.6 but as I said, I'm not convinced that this is the event that I"m looking for. Reason being that not all of my secondaries went quiet. Its also interesting that we haven't had any M4+ aftershocks since 5:20 this morning. Lots of 3's, but no 4's and even longer since any M5's. What are the odds of that?
