You get confused?! Try being me. I've had to live with this for over seven years now and understanding has not come easy. Looking back, I can see different times when I was being lead into a conclusion (of sorts) and inticed to go on. I seldom have extra money for buying books, so it is rare to find me in a book store. But, once a year, I go to my Timeshare for a much needed week and I visit two book stores. One carries everything while the other only sells Christain books. Anyhow, I was standing in front of this rake in the everything store and Bruce Bolt's Earthquakes jumped out at me. Of course, I had to buy the book and, it now seems to me, to read: >"Rough estimates are that the precursory events may continue for several months 1 to 3 years for magnitude-7 earthqueakes. But other types of precursors may be short-term, even for large earthquakes. "

These two sentences state it all. EQs put out signals. "Man" and machine can measure. Time varies. Although I lived through the time, I don't know what set off the to be chain of events. But, whatever it was, it was God Almighty who re-activated His Plan and set up the schedule for earthquakes. Phase I: Send the pressure and pain energy through Diane. Let her write it down and begin to keep track of every reported earthquake. First Lesson: Determine Location. Begin PRs/SPs and Earthquakes. Second Lesson: Determine Magnitude. Play with distance.
So it began with Bolt's book coming in later as I identified the PRs/SPs with locations in the world. There were eight general areas covering the earth. Magnitude depended upon time of PR and location from me. Hence, the shorted the PR, the smaller the quake, but each area had it's own level of magnitude before the PR would kick in play. Conversely, the longer the duration, the greater the quake.

As the years have gone by, we have used up 98% of the short duration PRs, leaving only the longer ones to produce thier quake. Quakes were speeded up in 1995 and broke records in 96. Then they slacked off, but the occuring quakes were bigger and that's where we are now. Quakes getting bigger and badder.

Still, the question should be asked; Are these PRs still valid given the amount of time gone by?

I don't know. I think so. I believe so. But I really don't know. So far, in hindsight, matches are running at 100% with their logic behind each quake and PR. So, I trust them. The remaining PRs and their critical EQ windows. I trust God to make good on them...as terrible as I think that is going to be. But "man" can change the timing any time he wants to repent and return to our creator for new instructions. That's the beauty of His Plan. He can give delays. Right up to the last seven years and then I'm not too sure about that.
