Interesting, but distressing to you, report. One of my co-workers who lives down in Newport Beach told me today that the ants haven't let up in his place either. They are mostly staying around the kitchen area but when one place is sprayed they just come from another place.

Myself, I'm still not experiencing any new ant problems. Just a scout here and there now and then. But that doesn't really mean a whole lot as my theory on this is that whatever is getting generated by a coming quake propagates around much the same as the seismic waves will get propagated later on. So if true, then that would be a perfect indicator of where most of the damage will be centered.

Prior to Northridge, we had the same problem that lasted for about 3 weeks and then stopped a couple of days prior to Northridge. They just concentrated in the kitchen area, but everytime we sprayed where they were coming from they would just start coming from a different location. They would also just be going around in circles without any clear meaning as to where they were going.

Up until this morning, I haven't been picking up any large signals on my primary, so whatever it is that is bothering these ants hasn't got close to occurring yet.
