Local noon news just said ants are being reported all over the southland. Then I somehow missed what to do about them. Think I got side tracked with the phone.

Have been disconnected three times already and CNN Headline News station has gone to statis with audio static news. Just disconnected again.

A very sad sadness has come over me and I feel like I want to get under the covers and hide. No reason for this feeling. Just got home from the VA and treadmill test, flu shot, meds renewed and gyn examine fitted in. Heart appears to be just fine, but doctor got concerned with my BP which went way up and over normal; 220/120, while I felt fine and my heart showed no stress. Told him I am expecting volcanic eruptions. He listened, but did not comment. BP went down below my normal after the test; 100/80. Later at the Woman's Clinic is was 116/92. It was about this time that the feeling of sadness began.

I came home and fixed a nice lunch, threw in a brownie for the child in me and yet, the sadness deepened and continues now. Both ears began singing as well and each ear has now had one high frequency tone go through about three minutes apart.

Don't know what's up, but we should expect more deaths and souls crying out; "Why?"
