I'm not sure if there's any connection or not - but this afternoon about 12:42pm, just after having eaten lunch I got a large wave of dizzyness - I was sitting and it just came over me - lasted about 7 seconds or so... I checked my watch in case any quakes had hit at the time - I was also on the second floor of a building down in Irvine.

I just thought it rather odd for this to occur since I normally don't have dizzy problems...and then the quake this afternoon less than an hour later... I just hate coincidences.
