I just had to share this with you, as a laugh is good on any day.

I was out front painting my house when a friend I know from the area drove by, honked and said, "Hello, Earthquake Lady." Now mind you, he doesn't know any of the other people who have been calling me that for years.

Next I see another neighbor going to the news stand and I told him he could read about me today and he comes over and says he's a professional house painter. He told me I made a good color selection and that I was doing a fine job for a non-professional. As he parted he said, "keep up the good work."

Gosh, you never know what's going to happen when you're in your yard.
