Mark, these are the kinds of data which are developed from analysing seismograms for specific events. Most data repositories simply list the times of arrival of specific known seismic waves - for the rest you are on your own looking at and analyzing seismograms. By the way many of the important historic seismograms were destroyed in some USGS housecleaning several years ago and are no longer available. Some have been found elsewhere, however, and La Mont Doherty (Columbia University, New York) is in the process of preparing an archive of seismograms, but it is not yet available (at least at last I knew). Anyway, the kind of data you are requesting, to the best of my knowledge, is not available without individual examination of specific seismograms.
