I would not want to be put into a position of having to guess whether somebody knew something or didn't know something as there is no way to prove or disprove such knowledge. Chances are I'd guess wrong anyways ...... I think everyone here would agree that Don would not postdict anything, so on a personal level it is a valid prediction from my perspective. If you go by the book, a prediction has to preceed a qualifying earthquake, and this instance would clearly violate that requirement, and hence the quake in question would not be considered.

So, It can't go into the record books but good hit (or near hit) anyways Don!
