Following is a list from NCSN of earthquakes of Ml>=2 in Don's general
prediction region over the past 3 days. His prediction centered on 28 July.
Don says "triggers" were there. This is quite a substantial listing of events
at this magnitude level, and they are spread over the entire region. This
does suggest some sort of regional activation at this time.
