Lowell; Given the time scale you're discussing the problem becomes impossibly difficult due to the interaction between all the great quakes over time. These waves could act to reinforce or negate one another. There would be nodes at wave intersections, etc. etc. It would be an interesting problem in 3d geometry to plot them over time but it's a bit out of MY league!
