After about 40 minutes of listening - I must admit I do agree with her - as far as taking responsibility for ourselves. I've done quite a bit of psychological studies and there is something in what she is saying. I do know of effective methods/courses to assist in clearing those blockages so that one can truly be present to what is happening in their life and not reacting through the filter of past experiences.

The book I mentioned more had to do with multiple lives all happening NOW so to speak - say one personality in 5000BC, 1 in 1100ad, on in 1980 and one in 2150... And how experiences from one bleed thru to another even though they are happening in different 'times' - and its the Education of Oversoul 7 who is working with his different personalities in different time periods.

Its entertaining reading at least if not enlightening.
