Lowell, do you have any information on the crack across the US? Wasn't that mentioned recently on this forum? I've tried to find some information on this and can't seem to find anything on-line. It would be interesting to see how that might tie in. Can I also inquire of you as to what large earthquakes occurred prior to the infamous New Madrid earthquakes in the early 1800's? By the way, my 8 year old daughter predicted the earthquake today. She told me several times this morning and early afternoon that her ear was making that sound. Then, around mid-afternoon she came in my room and told me that her ear suddenly had a sharp pain in it and "did that mean there was an earthquake?". The acorn doesn't fall far from the tree.
