This is a new theory and in the experimental stage. The scientists who are promoting this are in the testing stage, and have not placed anything on-line yet, however, there is some talk of this in the near future. Because this material has not yet been published, there is a proprietary interest in maintaining a certain discreteness regarding the results so they cannot be stolen and published by others. I will be happy to visit with you via private e-mail to try to give you more details. I can say that the distances at which the greatest concentrations of seismic energy occur are at approximately 9-10, 19-20, 34-36, 58-61, 71-72, 103-107. 142-146 and 170-180 degrees from the epicenter of the mainshock. These are areas where cusps occur or energy is preferentially directed. One of the main results which has been published in thesis form is that historically large earthquakes during the first week after a great earthquake also occur at these same distances in a statistically significant sense. About all I can say without permission from the authors.
