Roger did not address one of Amit's examples |
Roger, I'm curious because I want to know if I'm thinking clearly. You did not address the eample of Amit on this thread that I noticed. Lets take 10 predictions for a M6+ quake. If there are 20 M6+ quakes and they all occur on one of those 10 days, and there are no days with M6+ quakes that ere not predicted, how would your evaluation technique score this? The way I understand it, you would say that 10 out of the 20 quakes were predicted. I say that this is misleading.
