I specifically asked the person or persons who made the prediction to send me some information regarding earthquakes that had occurred in the past in that area so that I could run some analyses with my own forecasting program. And this was the only fairly powerful one that could be identified:

So, this was not a high probability location for an approaching powerful earthquake.
