I need one more piece of data from that one person or research group. And then a report discussing that amazingly accurate recent Total Electron Count (TEC) based earthquake forecast is scheduled to be circulated around the world. The report will recommend that governments and researchers everywhere take a look at the TEC methodology to see if can be used reliably to forecast earthquakes.

That one piece of data that I still need has to do with how the TEC measurements for that forecast were made. It might have involved GPS systems. But I am not certain of that in spite of all of the data I have already received. And that is something that needs to be included in my reports.
