Please deactivate my account. I'm done with this place. You obviously side with Ed's hallucinatory ramblings and accusations since you are unwilling to do anything to reign him in. You have for years (longer than I've been here) allowed him to make false accusations and innuendo about people, and always suck up to his complaints when he whines in his "notes to canie" about 'attack type posts'. (no, your site wasn't hacked, that's just your cover story for deleting those posts recently) What you seem to not see is that he makes plenty of his own 'attack posts'. He does exactly what he claims others do to him.

In fact, why don't you just hand control over to Ed? Give him the admin URL's and passwords. He already acts like he owns and runs this forum, also with which you seem to have no problem. Just give it to him so he can have Earthwaves all to his own so he can post his nonsensical 'updates' and 'personal opinions' here like this is his own personal diary and blog and make rules to his personal liking.

Further, I'm done with earth science related discussion forums altogether. I won't be posting anywhere anymore. I've simply reached my limit. Over the years I've dealt with too many freakin psycho nutjobs like Ed, and Petra, and Ara, and now Dib. After this, if anyone sees any messages anywhere purporting to be 'Skywise' or 'Brian' or suspected to be such, anonymous or not, it's not me.

Also, for the record, the only web based (non-usenet) earth science related forums I have ever participated on are Earthwaves and Earthboppin. I have been made aware of posts on other sites purporting to be me. They are not. From the posting style, they were probably Ara up to his old tricks.

Finally, I'm strongly considering deleting the earthquake related content from my website. Off the top of my head I know I was hosting some papers by Vidale. There may be other good tidbits as well. If there's anything there that anyone wants to copy, better grab it now as it may not be there tomorrow.
