As I have proposed many times over the years, the original intent of the earlier version of the EarthWaves board was to provide a protected resource that researchers around could use to discuss earthquake research projects etc. And this earthquake triggering process project that Roger and I have just started discussing is an example of that type of effort.

So, after all of these years, perhaps some active research will now start to get done on the present EarthWaves board in connection with these types of research projects.

A short time ago, Pavel had a discussion going regarding the subject matter of his new book. But I think that he might have gotten discouraged by all of the negative comments. And not too much got accomplished.

The atmosphere for such discussions might be a little better now. For another example of this type of research, I think that people should now be able to discuss Ear Tones without risking starting World War III.
