So, more strong earthquake activity might occur at some time within 5 days following that 15:03:00 signal.

My latest theories propose that these signals can be much stronger for low magnitude earthquakes occurring near the surface compared with much more powerful ones occurring deep in the Earth.

So, although there appears to be a link between magnitude and signal strength, the link between fault zone depth and signal strength appears to be much stronger.
