Your "theory" has no prediction power. If you will test the results against random probability, you will be not above. It is not prediction if I will say "the weather will be good or bad", because the random probability of this statement is 100%. My results are much better than random probability. For example, the prediction of August 14, 2012 EQ had a random probability 13% and I hit it. Try to predict next EQ with M>=7 with such precision.
