I still feel though that a limit should be set on time and distance. Then again maybe not. I set my limits and they are tight. By doing this I don’t get many hits, but I’m not looking for hits. I guess you could leave it to the person making the forecasts and let things sort themselves out. In the end its not who gets the most hits, but the one that is the most accurate. At least that’s the way I think it should be. Take Care…Don in creepy town.
