some points I have observed after looking at your file is

When I say + or -1 2 hrs ,means exactly + or - 12 hrs from the time of full moon (in UTC)
Just two obervation I made,(detail analysis will be done when I get some time)
1)Date--April 7,2011 --quake 6.2---- time ----23.17 UTC
full Moon on April 8th at 04 UTC
Though the dates are different ,the time lapsed is hardly 6 hrs
2)April 26th 2002-----quake ---7.1----at 16.06 UTC
Full Moon on 27th April 2002 at 02 UTC
Time lapsed is 10Hrs
After detailed scrutiny ,only I may be able to find all such descripancies
