I suppose you did not intend your wording to come across that ambiguously, but that quake was mid June and we are getting into mid July. The prediction was July. Mid June predates when prediction was issued. So, wording should be that IF a quake occurred east coast Honshu now it would be some sort of match. Which seems kind of pointless to say.
