See the link. ExxonMobil used to give money to Heartland Institute as a front to fund anti-science work. As far as I can tell Exxon stopped these donations a couple of years ago.

Heartland Institute is running a climate change conference:

Previous ones paid the few skeptics to present: normally real scientific conferences so not pay speakers: quite the opposite, we have to pay registration fees.

My "heartland" name here is unrelated to this notorious institute.
