Thanks chris.My only intention was to point out the same.
Why do we need only 100% acciracy of prediction,in date
place and magnitude ? Can we not start with less
than 100%.?Our weather forecast is far below 100%
,still we put in millions of Dollars in research
Can any body forecast ,how much mm of rainfall will
will occur at specific location and on given date?
Stiil we look at daiy forecast
Fact of the matter is we are not ready to accept any thing,which
Says quaes can be predicted
By the way my record is well above random dates.in case of
major quakes
