This is a new Web page that contains some information regarding the Earthquake Precursor Data Collection And Display CGI Program that was discussed in an earlier thread.

That Web page has been stored there to help get this effort moving along and to invite feedback regarding the effort from interested parties.

When dealing with Disaster Mitigation Efforts and any number of other types of efforts, people can argue endlessly about what can and should be done. Or they can decide to actually do something such as get this type of effort running.
