Just a note on the search function - I'll be the first to say it sucks..

To get a better search function I'd have to open things up to the web - currently if you search via google none of our posts show up in the web search engines -

So.. en executive decision says I'd rather not have all these posts all over the internet - in return, it makes searching very difficult..
