How my forecasting computer programs work has been explained in great detail for years at my various Web sites. One version that is perhaps a few years old can be downloaded from my Web site and run on probably any modern Windows PC.

My earthquake database file really needs a major update so that my computer programs will generate the highest possible quality data. Roger created a computer program that can help with that. But I haven't had time to run it yet. Some important decisions need to be made first regarding the magnitudes etc. of the earthquakes that will be in the database file. The present file is a somewhat disorganized collection of 5 and higher magnitude earthquakes plus some with lower magnitudes for various locations.

Not being a geologist I can't speak with any authority regarding subduction zones and swarm activity, and their possible relationships with major or great earthquakes.

I am getting ready to circulate a report to computer programmers around the world regarding my proposed Internet based disaster anticipation and response computer program. And any additional posts for this present thread by me will probably need to wait until some time later today at the earliest.
