How about making your case?

How about showing what you think you've learned, and proving it, as a scientist would? Instead of endlessly presenting how you would approach the problem, and beseeching others to see whether it works. But I know your answer - you don't have time to argue your case, people are dying in earthquakes so we should just believe you, as you're a decade ahead of the scientists. Even though you can't compute a simple measure of statistical significance.
