I know from experiences that this information is not going to do any good as far as you are concerned. But I will state it anyway. Perhaps it will help other people understand some of what is going on with the science of earthquake forecasting.

With the opinions you are expressing you are often taking into consideration perhaps as little as 30% of the important information. And so your conclusions are often not what they should be.

For example here,

The EM Signals I am working with were probably good indicators that the India earthquake was approaching. But because of the limited location determination accuracy of my charts, the data did not specifically point to India for an earthquake. So, even if I had stored the data on your Web page they would not have said that an earthquake was approaching for India.

With some earthquakes the results are excellent. Others such as that India one are totally off as far as identifying the correct location for the earthquake.

One of the charts on my Web site shows the degree to which the charts were able to match actual earthquakes going back to the beginning of 2001.

So, as I said, even if I had stored information on your forecasts site it would not have pointed to India.

And in fact, the EM signals pointing to that earthquake were not the relatively rare strong types of signals that I normally use to prepare Earthquake Warnings and Advisories. Instead the best signals for that earthquake were these low intensity signals that are detected by the dozen every day and which can often last just a quarter of a second, making them a little difficult to detect using most techniques.
