see link: I just downloaded this and am reading it. Some very interesting abstracts in the early part: these are the ones that would have been presented as talks to whole meeting. Includes Japan M9, that magnitude is not the problem for nuclear power plants except for tsunamis, that Ventura area may have 6-8 m uplift events every 1000 years. We are getting scooped on our work but at least there are a couple of Sorlien&Kamerling USGS-NEHRP reports (1998 and 2000)
