There are tons of folks up around Mt. Shasta who are devoted to the whole idea of chem-trains!! They demand that the City analyze things and sue somebody. They want to spend government money on every person who claims that "somebody" is poisoning them with chem trains. They bring in these "toxin" collectors (I think that you put them on your sweaty feet) to demonstrate how they are being poisoned. They claim that there is aluminum found in the soil...

And I just realized that my spell check wants to spell aluminum as "aluminium" so there is a Brit around inside my computer!
