I wish that ISEP personnel had made a decision on this earlier. New BlueHost sites were less expensive to get started just a month or two ago.

One Newsgroup responder suggested that the new site should include a resource where people around the world could make wagers on when and where an earthquake might be about to occur. My response was that considering the fact that the devastating March 11, 2011 earthquake might have cost more than 300 billion US dollars, some governments and industrial groups might be willing to go along with just about anything that could get them some accurate forecasts.
