Lowell, I hear you. My initial response was congratulatory because Don's was such an unlikely and specific "advisory," and (IMHO) to have come even remotely close to a hit was impressive.

But France ain't England, and microquake does not equal moderate quake, as Roger pointed out. I, too, am sorry Don's "prediction" was so tight, but that's what he was testing I imagine.

My kudos were for the proverbial "spirit of the law," not the "letter." I have rarely even seen a prediction for Britain.
