Alas, we never know about foreshocks until we have a main shock. The only prediction that I ever made (and it was just a wild guess) was after I noticed an area in Mexico lighting up with unusual quakes before their seven plus. The Garlock

However, gotta mention something strange. I was looking at the board the other day, and somehow if flashed on me that it said the Newport Inglewood Fault had a large quake. I looked again, and it wasn't there....so far I don't think that I'm hallucinating, but it was very very strange. I almost posted about it that day (it was last week). Maybe remembering my old days in Long Beach as I turn senile!!
