QuakeFinder is not just one person. They appear to have a fairly good sized group of researchers in their own company. There is a technical parent company that probably provides them with help. And they have links with research groups in various countries.

I myself fully expect that their approach can generate some valuable data. But I will state once again that they could probably move a lot faster and do much better if they were to make a more concerted effort to improve their communications with other forecasting groups such as ones in China.
