As far as California goes (at least the southern area) - We had a 3.2 down here in Devore yesterday - there was another 3 a few weeks ago in the same area... That's right at the 'big bend' area of the San Andreas. Also the Hector Mine area had an aftershock in the 3 range yesterday.

There was also the 3 at the southern end of the Salton Sea on Thursday - I just get a tad worried when I'm seeing 3's on these faults that haven't given up the big one in 300 some years...
