EQF; I used your file to compile a list of dates and times for the signals in the file and added the quakes in the time period. Unfortunately, there were only 47 signals listed which is pretty small for the time period covered. All I can say from visual examination is that for every signal there will be a quake following if you wait long enough. But that would be true of any day chosen at random too and means nothing. It would help if there was a size specified, 7 or larger for example. It would also help if a day range was specified, within 10 days for example. But there isn't. So even a simple test is impossible with such limited information. Sorry.
