They have not been evaluated and in fact cannot be because they do not contain sufficient information. However they are not predictions but simply warnings that an earthquake is imminent (maybe) somewhere.

I would claim that his graphs with quakes plotted shows no correspondence between quakes and peaks but that's just my opinion based on visual inspection.
