I'm open to be corrected wrong in saying this, but Rome has a history that goes back 3,000 years. In that 3,000 years quakes have not played a significant role. The biggest quake to hit near Rome in that time is like a 6, so if history is any guide its doubtful IF this comes true it will be a major event. Unlike here in California when these predictions come out it could mean a 7 or even an 8.
