A formal earthquake warning has now been posted to several Internet Newsgroups including sci.geo.earthquakes, to the Yahoo EarthWaves bulletin board, and circulated by E-mail to earthquake researchers around the world.

For the present time, that is about all that I can do to let other researchers around the world know that they might want to check their forecast data to see if they can identify anything that looks significant.
