Good article at link suggesting that the deadly tornado outbreak likely had nothing to do with climate change. My own understand of meteorology is that warming temperatures in high latitudes would relax the temperature gradient, make the jet stream less strong, and maybe tend to shift the jet stream farther north. So, less tornadoes in the deep south, not more. But, as the link hints at, it is likely far more complicated that what I think I know.
