I am generally familiar with the subject matter of tectonic plate movement. And I also aware of quite a bit of additional information that you would not be aware of as it is in a document that has not yet been published as far as I can tell. I saw the document for the first time about a year ago.

Document preparation steps are finished. And I don’t know why it hasn’t been published yet. Because of the type of document it is it does not have to go through the normal review process. So, that is not what is holding it up.

The subject of stress transfer like that is probably too complicated and not yet sufficiently well identified or understood to say too much about it. At the moment as I said, we can probably just make some observations regarding what is happening and propose theories or hypotheses.

One theory or hypothesis is that this stress transfer mechanism is largely responsible for the sun shadow movements that Shan is measuring with his forecasting method.
