This is related to an emergency request from an Arkansas agency. But, this article still leaves a lot of doubt as to what is going on. But, if the quakes decrease greatly in the next few weeks, that might be some indication that they were triggered.

A seismologist here in the heartland told me that the timing of injection and the timing of the quakes may not match; may not be what is expected.
